From the moment we booked the hotel till we checked out, we were like, constantly being attended to. That was the feeling we got. Immediately after booking I got a whatsapp message asking if I had any special requests. Completely automated and interactive in a lovely way. I asked about the airport pick up and I was informed what was the number to call after landing and voila within minutes of my calling that number our car arrived at the designated spot. At the hotel we were immediately given a room and though it was late in the night they promptly ordered dinner from a restaurant nearby. The room was basic but extremely clean and comfortable. Clean and soft bedsheets, absolutely clean toilet and fluffy white towels. The room had all the conveniences that you would expect. A very comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. In the morning, we met an extremely pleasant and warm person, Mr Sam Joshi, who enquired if we were happy with our stay. Ohhhh yesss we were!!! Sam turned out to be the owner of the place and it was lovely chatting with him. The breakfast was simple local food... Dosas served with yummy sambar and chutney. There was puris and potato bhaji and boiled eggs served with, bread butter and jam and of course tea or coffee. I observed that Mr Joshi personally saw and spoke with each and every guest and even was there to see them off when they checked out. If I ever come back to Cochin.. I'm definitely staying here. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a delightful experience. The place is cozy and comfortable, with very friendly staff and an owner who goes above and beyond. The owner personally met us in the lobby during checkout, ensuring that everything had been to our satisfaction. He even made sure we had water before our journey, as the weather was quite hot. The level of service was exceptional, especially given the affordable price. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way, providing one of the best experiences I've had for such a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort without breaking the bank.

My family and I had a very nice stay at Treebo Grand Vistara. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The airport is just 5 minutes away. Really pleased with the hotel's service and amenities. We are planning to book this hotel again for our next trip.

Best hot shower of 30 days in India. 10 minute walk to airport. Nice variety of Indian restaurants around. If you are hanging about for a flight and fancy a beer there is a bar in the nearby SAJ Resort.

The hotel is very close to the airport and provides a transfer, which is a great convenience. The room is large, clean and with comfortable beds. We are extremely satisfied with our stay. The most invaluable of all, however, is the staff. When leaving the hotel at 1am at night, we had booked a transfer, which took us to the airport just in time. After passing all the security and passport checks at the airport, I saw a message from the hotel reception that they had found my phone, forgotten there. With the assistance of the airport security and the hotel's quick response, after 10 minutes the phone was in my hands. Incredible people, to whom I sincerely thank. I highly recommend Treebo Grand Vistara Airport Suites.

Very well presented and maintained outdoors. Excellent facilities in the indoors . Extremely professional and polite staff.. Moreover to say.. Can’t believe such an affordable luxury place exists within the vicinity of Cochin International Airport.
